dagje Nîmes

Eind september deden we een dagje Nîmes. Wat grotere plaatsen bezoeken we liever in het voor- of najaar, omdat het dan veel rustiger is. Rondom de Arena, die echt het bezoeken waard is, zijn leuke restaurants om tussen de middag wat te eten. 

Bij toeval vond ik in een boekwinkel een zwaar afgeprijsd boek over merklappen.

At the end of September we visited Nîmes in the South of France. We love visiting larger cities in spring or autumn. It is so much quieter then. Around the Arena, worth visiting, are nice restaurants for a lunch. By coincidence I found a book about cross stitch sampler for a low pice at a bookstore.
